At Nicky B’s, we cook with beef tallow - an old-school ingredient making a big-time comeback. It’s pure rendered beef fat that we render here in store (think: the golden stuff from slow-cooked brisket or a perfectly seared steak), and it gives our sandwiches that next-level depth you didn’t know you were missing.
